I really miss posting stuff here. It is not that I forget it or that I do not take any pictures, it is simply the fact that I only take images of my family at the moment – which I previously stated, I am not ready to share.

Anyway. I have been shooting exclusively with a 50mm lens for the last three months and I am still getting used to it. After shooting 35mm pretty much exclusivley for more than a year, I am just now getting to a point, where I know exactly where to position myself before raising the camera to my eye to take the shot. Nailing focus, especially shooting the 50 wide open, is also quite challenging, but I feel quite confident at this point. Hopefully I will be able to share more images taken with this beautiful lens soon.
