Took the family to Halde Hoheward today. They were not too pleased with the incline from the parking lot, but in the end I think they enjoyed our little hike nonetheless. (I didn't think it was that far, when I looked at the map at home. Should have brought some snacks!) The view from the top is quite spectacular! Definitely worth spending some more time in the future to do some more photographing. (Daniel?)

Found a weird thing with the Monochrom: When focusing on infinity the rangefinder does not line up properly. After talking to my Leica guy, he assured me that this is not an issue. So far some close portraits I took of my children are perfectly sharp. And those landscape shots above are also in focus. 🤷‍♂️ Just need to wrap my head around how that works, because with my M10-P, infinity is perfectly lined up. I'll do some proper testing with a tripod tomorrow.
