I had to take this massive baking tray full of börek to the bakery yesterday. It so huge, it almost didn't fit through the car door. (I still don't get why the tray must be this big. Why not have several smaller trays? I'll make sure to ask next time.) Anyway, that's a thing: Prepare börek at home, delivery it to the bakery and they put the humongous tray in their pro-level oven. Then you pick it up once it is done a couple of hours later.

In other news: We are back home. The kids are travel professionals, just like their parents. It feels good to be home.
