Remember the olives my mother-in-law harvested? We hauled them to the olive oil factory the other day – during night time. I didn't ask, but I think the press might be running 24/7 during harvest season. In the first image you can see the piles of sacks full of olives waiting to be processed. The gas station like nozzle, which is used to fill the oil into canisters, still amuses me. The next day we picked up our oil: We got 20 l out of 88 kg of olives.
