What a day. 😵 Our bike had a flat tire right when starting our morning commute. Fortunately we made it back and got the car in time so nobody was late. Immediately went home and fixed the tire – only to have it go flat again when I was on my way to fetch the kids. Ugh! I thought I did a pretty thorough inspection earlier, but something is definitely amiss. Now I need to order a new tire casing (it's pretty worn out anyway) and then double check everything again.

I hate using the car btw because it is so sloooow. 😩 And don't get me started about parking! I can't for the life of me understand why people do this to themselves every day. At least here in the city the bike is so much more convenient – and faster!

Also, it seems like these bike troubles are always cropping up, right before I go on a trip. What's up with that?!
